WHY Kingston United and Mini Kickers
We’re proud to be Eastern Ontario’s only truly local, community rooted Mini Kicker program.
But what makes us different isn’t just geography. It’s our approach.
Building Strong Foundations Through Play
Developing Coordination, Balance & Confidence
Mini Kickers introduces kids to soccer through fun, engaging activities designed to build coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Each session focuses on movement, control, and confidence — the essential building blocks of every great player.
Our coaches create an environment that celebrates small victories and encourages effort, not perfection.
At this age, it’s all about discovery — learning how to move, listen, and play as part of a team while having a great time.
Building Friendships & Social Skills
Mini Kickers isn’t just about soccer — it’s about connection.
Players learn teamwork, communication, and respect through shared play.
Our sessions help children build friendships, develop focus, and gain the confidence to express themselves on and off the field.
For many kids, this is their first experience being part of something bigger than themselves — and that feeling of belonging is what keeps them coming back.
Fueling a Lifetime Love of the Game
At Kingston United, Mini Kickers is more than an introduction — it’s the start of a journey.
We teach the joy of movement, the excitement of teamwork, and the confidence that comes from trying new things.
Players who begin in Mini Kickers often go on to join our Learn to Play, Recreation, and Competitive programs, carrying forward the same enthusiasm and curiosity they discovered here.
Because when kids fall in love with the game early, they carry that passion — and confidence — wherever life takes them.
No Gimmicks. No Guesswork. Just Growth.
Where Confidence Begins — It’s Built Into Every Kick
Kingston United’s Mini Kickers Program is where the journey starts.
It’s designed for children taking their very first steps into soccer — a fun, active, and positive environment where confidence grows with every session.
Each week, young players learn balance, coordination, and teamwork through play-based activities that keep them smiling and moving.
This isn’t daycare soccer — it’s a thoughtful introduction to the sport, led by trained coaches who know how to make every experience meaningful.
From the first kick to the first high-five, Mini Kickers is about learning, laughing, and discovering what the game is all about.
At Kingston United, we believe strong foundations build great players.
That’s why Mini Kickers focuses on early development — social, physical, and emotional.
Players learn to follow instructions, support teammates, and celebrate effort just as much as success.
Parents love it because it’s more than soccer practice — it’s where confidence, coordination, and friendships begin.
And because the program is built within Kingston United’s player pathway, your child’s next step — Learn to Play, Recreation, or Competitive — is already waiting when they’re ready.
We’re Not a Franchise. We’re a Family.
Building the Future of Youth Soccer in Kingston with Mini Kickers
Mini Kickers is Where It All Begins
Some clubs treat their youngest players as an afterthought — a way to fill time until the “real soccer” starts.
At Kingston United, we know better. Mini Kickers isn’t a side program. It’s where everything begins — the foundation of our player pathway and the heartbeat of our club.
We are proudly Kingston-run, Kingston-staffed, and Kingston-focused.
Every coach, parent, and volunteer is part of something meaningful — helping young players discover confidence, coordination, and the joy of teamwork.
Our program is built on fun and development, not pressure or performance, so every child can learn, grow, and fall in love with the game at their own pace.
We’ve invested in local coaches who specialize in early childhood development, creating sessions that are active, social, and full of laughter.
We’ve built a culture that values inclusion, encouragement, and effort as much as skill — because at this age, how kids play matters more than how much they win.
When our Mini Kickers step onto the field, they carry Kingston’s spirit — curiosity, joy, and pride.
Our measure of success isn’t trophies; it’s smiles, growth, and a lifelong connection to the game that starts right here.
Success doesn’t start at the top — it starts at the first kick.
Kingston United’s Mini Kickers Program is proudly part of our National Youth Club License framework, reflecting our commitment to safe, structured, and high-quality player development.
While others talk about building the future, we’re doing it now — one happy, confident player at a time.
Is Mini Kickers right for my child?
The Right Start for Every Young Player
Every child deserves a place to play, laugh, and grow in a safe and encouraging environment.
Mini Kickers at Kingston United gives kids the perfect first step into soccer—fun, active sessions that build coordination, balance, and teamwork.
Our certified coaches create a welcoming atmosphere where learning happens naturally through games and play, not pressure.
We focus on progress, participation, and smiles—on and off the field.
Real Learning Through Play
Mini Kickers uses age-appropriate activities to teach real soccer foundations disguised as fun.
Kids develop essential motor skills, listening, and cooperation while gaining confidence with every pass and goal.
Each session blends creativity and structure, keeping children excited, engaged, and moving.
It’s not about competition—it’s about sparking a love for the game that lasts a lifetime.
A Place to Belong and Grow
Mini Kickers is more than a soccer program—it’s a community.
Parents watch friendships form, teamwork blossom, and confidence grow week after week.
Every player is encouraged, every effort is celebrated, and every family becomes part of something bigger: Kingston United’s future.
If your child loves to move, laugh, and learn, then Mini Kickers is absolutely the right place to start.
